A consultation takes place in advance and is entirely free of charge and non-binding.

In this initial introductory meeting, all important matters regarding the sale of your home will be discussed, such as your wishes and plans, and the entire sales guidance process. Usually, the meeting takes place in the home so that we can also review the condition of the house and any points of attention. We need all this information to determine the asking price, target groups, and sales strategy.

When determining the asking price, we also use recent transactions of similar properties and overall knowledge of the housing market. Finally, we discuss our services and associated rates. Our service always operates on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. Based on this meeting, we will create a written sales proposal summarizing all the information.

Full sales guidance

Step 1


Before visiting your home, we conduct thorough research. The real estate agent consults information from the land registry and analyzes the sale prices of comparable houses in the area. Additionally, we make use of extensive data from the NVM.

Step 2


We visit you at home and provide personalized advice. During an introductory meeting, we discuss your wishes and answer your questions. Afterwards, you will receive a quote from us containing an estimate of the expected sales proceeds and a tailor-made sales plan. Our main goal is to ensure that your home is successfully sold at the best price and conditions.

Step 3

Presentation of the property

We pay a lot of attention to the presentation of your home and have professional photos taken to create a perfect impression. Additionally, we measure the property for floor plans on Funda, and of course, we also provide an attractive brochure. Your home is extensively presented on Funda.

Step 4


Once the preparations are completed, your home is listed on Funda and on the intranet for real estate agents. Viewings can now begin! You will receive timely information about the scheduled viewings in time. Moreover, we regularly keep you informed about the reactions of potential buyers, often immediately after the viewings. Several days after the viewing, we also contact the visitors of your home to gather their feedback.

Step 5


Naturally, we also take care of negotiations with the potential buyer of your home. When an offer is made, we discuss it extensively with you. We negotiate the price, the delivery date, and any conditions (such as the structural inspection and financing conditions). Throughout the negotiation process, we keep you constantly informed and provide you with advice. This way, we strive for the most favorable agreement.

Step 6

The purchase agreement

Congratulations, the buyer and seller have reached agreement on the price and conditions. We ensure that all agreements are documented in a purchase agreement. The property is now sold! Within 7 working days after the sellers have been awarded the property, a purchase agreement will be signed, which is drawn up according to the model of the Royal Notarial Professional Organization, Ring Amsterdam.

Step 7

The transfer

On this day, the legal transfer and the handover of the keys are realized. Before the key handover, we conduct a final inspection of the property together with the buyer, during which we check everything and note the meter readings. Subsequently, we sign the necessary documents at the notary.
