Ouwehand v/d Meijden Real Estate Agents B.V. stands for over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate market in Amsterdam and surroundings. From our office on Herengracht, we offer our expertise with pleasure and commitment. Our office is characterized by its expert, flexible, and personal approach. We also advise many expats and speak fluent English and French. Ouwehand v/d Meijden Real Estate Agents is a member of the professional organizations NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents), MVA (Real Estate Agents Association Amsterdam), and Vastgoedcert. These organizations guarantee the quality and expertise of this office.
Our story
Welcome to Ouwehand van der Meijden Real Estate Agents, where we go beyond traditional real estate services.
Our team consists of three real estate agents, an office manager, and a (legal) back office. In addition, we engage third parties, as far as necessary for our client, for cooperation. We have partnerships with a renowned photographer, fixed appraisers, notaries, building experts, and an in-house financial advisor.
