An appraisal is a professional and objective valuation of your home by an independent appraiser. Based on an appraisal report, the mortgage provider assesses whether the mortgage loan can be responsibly granted. OVDM Real Estate Agents appraised within the Amsterdam region until, in 2021, we as an office decided to outsource these services to companies that only perform appraisals.
