A consultation takes place in advance and is entirely free of charge and non-binding.

Complete Purchase Assistance

Step 1

The introductory meeting

In the first non-binding introductory meeting, all specific wishes, needs, and financial possibilities of the client are discussed. Your housing preferences are registered in the NVM search system. As soon as a new property is offered for sale, you will receive an email about it, even if the property is listed by colleagues.

Step 2

The search

Have you found a suitable property? Then we will guide you through the (second) viewing and carefully collect information about the property. We assess various aspects, including the asking price, structural condition, cadastral data, any legal complications, and whether the property really meets your housing preferences. This way, you can prevent overpayment or the purchase of a property that ultimately does not suit your expectations.

If the property seems to become your new home, we will determine the purchase strategy together with you. We then negotiate with the seller or their real estate agent on matters such as the purchase price, delivery date, and conditions (such as financing and structural inspection).

Step 3

The purchase agreement

Once agreement has been reached between the buyer and seller on the price and conditions, we ensure that the agreements are accurately recorded in a purchase agreement within 7 working days after the sellers have been awarded the property, which is drawn up according to the model of the Royal Notarial Professional Organization, Ring Amsterdam. The purchase agreement is discussed with you and then signed by both the buyer and the seller. The purchase is now confirmed!

Step 4

The transfer

On the day of the legal transfer and key handover, we conduct a final inspection of the property together with you before handing over the keys. We check all details and note the meter readings. Subsequently, we sign the necessary documents at the notary. From that moment on, your new home is officially yours!
